No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date or, for local pickup orders, within 14 days of the pickup date.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

Unwashed

In their original condition

Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

If we determine the issue was caused by our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or exchange in accordance with applicable law.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is the result of our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Right to Refuse Exchanges
Good Vibes BC reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy or if we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, subject to applicable law.
